Returns & Terms of Service

General Terms

We (PlotThreadsShop.com, aka OverDrive, Inc.; Us, Our) are happy to bring You (the purchaser of goods on PlotThreadsShop.com; Your) custom branded gear that helps celebrate Our services and Your favorite brands.  We specifically partner with Shopify (who provides the PlotThreadsShop.com storefront and processes Your transactions) and Gelato (who custom makes goods You order with Your desired designs).  The Shopify Privacy Policy and Gelato Privacy Policy and those service providers respective terms and conditions apply to your transaction(s) with Us for the purchase of goods on PlotThreadsShop.com, unless otherwise superseded here.  The Shopify and Gelato policies and terms are only applicable to You for the purchase of goods on PlotThreadsShop.com, and do not apply to any other service provided by OverDrive, Inc.  OverDrive, Inc.’s general terms of service can be found here. 

 

Return Policy

Items sold on PlotThreadsShop.com are custom products that are printed specifically for You when Your order is placed.  For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  

 

Cancellation Policy 

Our print partners begin processing orders as soon as they are placed in order to get orders to you as quickly as possible.  We are unable to cancel Your order once Your order is submitted. 

 

Improper Delivery Address

It is Your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is input properly and carefully reviewed for complete accuracy prior to submitting Your order.  Each item is printed on-demand by Our printing partner after the order is submitted. If a delivery address is determined to be undeliverable by the carrier, the item will be returned to sender and subsequently discarded.  In this scenario, You would have to place a new order and You are responsible for the cost of the new item.  We are unable to change the shipping destination once Your order has been placed.

 

Quality Guarantee

If there is an issue regarding the quality of an item You received, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order using the form below to request a replacement.  To assist in the review of Your request, You may need to provide pictures of the quality issue.  

Color Consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved.  Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples.  Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
